WE'VE MADE SOME CHANGES TO BETTER SERVE YOU
After struggling to keep up with the slow steady growth while still being too small to have employees I've made several key changes.
- I've streamlined the products and got rid of some items that don't sell often and put a big cog in the production wheel when they do get purchased.
- I've decided on several stock color items for the main products and will be making them in large batches to ensure they are in stock and ready to ship.
- Custom color items will be produced on the 3rd week of every month. I love custom colors, but making them everyday was putting me behind on making stock products. It's my belief that people are willing to wait a bit to customize their gear, but people ordering stock colors should not have to wait the same amount of time.
I hope these changes better serve each of you and will put Halo Hockey in a position to grow past being a "one-man show" and allow me to develop more items and eventually full sets of gear which is my long term dream.
Starting this business has been the hardest thing I've ever done in my life and I put everything I have into each item I make. I truly appreciate each and every one of you whether you order, encourage, share, or simply browse this site. I could not be doing this without you.
